CE Training Consultants provides Traineeships in the coal mining sector for production operators in an open cut coal mining, coal handling preparation and underground Coal mining operations.
The traineeship training program is delivered in conjunction with coal mining companies to promote and recognise the development, knowledge and skills of their employees to national competencies. Not only will the individual achieve the skills required to perform their job role but will also develop effective team work and team leadership skills. Participants will gain a nationally recognised qualification to a Certificate III level as a new entrant or existing worker, that will be conducted over a 24 month (2 years) period.

Note: Employer incentives are available for both new entrant and existing workers in certificate 2 & 3 qualifications
